1. Do not stay in the high temperature furnace tube area except for experiments.

2. After the completion of the experiment, if no one continues to use it, please turn off the special gas, keep N2 flow, keep the furnace tube at standby temperature, and check whether there are other power sources that should be turned off but not concerned, such as :cleanhood light, small electric furnace for acid cooking or other, please turn off.

3. When dealing with HF, please wear gloves. If you accidentally touch HF, please flush immediately, add 2% water with calcium gluconate, and rub the abrasion 15'.

4. Please use quartz glass products carefully to avoid cracking and causing serious cuts.

5. Avoid inhaling all kinds of gases from the furnace or treatment tank.

6. Potassium cyanide (KCN) should not be mixed with acids, because both can produce highly toxic KCN gas.

7. Once you find something that interferes with safety, please notify the relevant personnel (technicians, etc.) immediately.

8. Please save the amount of pure water.

9. Broken chips, filter paper, cotton swabs....... Do not fall into the bottom drainage hole of the cleaning tank, so as to avoid waterlogging on the floor due to poor drainage.

1. High temperature atmosphere furnace does not heat up

(1) The power supply voltage is normal, the controller works normally, the ammeter does not show, the common fault is the electric furnace wire break, which can be checked with a multimeter and replaced with the same specification electric furnace wire.

(2) If the power supply voltage is normal and the controller cannot work, the switch, fuse and stroke switch of the furnace door inside the controller can be repaired. If the furnace door of the electric furnace is not connected to the controller and can not work, the maintenance method of the controller fault can refer to the controller manual.

(3) The failure of the power supply: it works normally when it is not connected to the electric furnace, it cannot work normally when it is connected to the electric furnace, and the continuous rattling sound is emitted in the controller. The reason is that the voltage drop of the power supply line is too large or the socket and the control switch are not in good contact, which can be adjusted or replaced.

2. High temperature box resistance furnace temperature slow

(1) The power supply voltage is normal, the controller works normally, and the common fault is part of the electric furnace wire break, which can be checked with a multimeter and replaced with the same specification electric furnace wire.

(2) The power supply voltage is normal, but the working voltage of the electric furnace is low, the reason is that the voltage drop of the power supply line is too large or the socket and the control switch are not in good contact, which can be adjusted and replaced.
